In France, you can rent a breast bump and your social security
will reimburse you if you have a doctor’s prescription. The machine has been
used but the rest are new like the bottles, tubes, and breastshields.
The first one we rented was electronic; it was a bit
big and noisy. We sent it back after 2 months of using it.
The second one is electronic and battery-powered; it
was better than the first one because it’s handy, it wasn’t noisy and, we were
able to take it when we travelled.
We sent it back when our baby was no longer on every 2/3 hours feeding and started to eat solid foods. I still breastfeed my baby until now, but only at 7am and 11pm. She drinks formula as well.
